Single-service laundry pickup is $2.00/lb based on verified weight. Your laundry is weighed by Clean, and you pay $2/lb based on that verified weight. There is no minimum weight or minimum laundry charge. Pay for what you send. Cash payments are not accepted.

Your order is weighed on calibrated scales at our facility after pickup. That verified weight — not an estimate — is what you are charged for. An AI photo estimate can help you plan ahead, but only the verified weight is billed.

Yes. From 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM Eastern, laundry keeps the same $2.00/lb verified-weight rate and adds a $4.99 nighttime convenience fee.

Single-service orders are returned within the standard turnaround window — typically 24–72 hours from pickup. Exact timing depends on scheduling and order volume. For faster turnaround, a Clean Club Gold or Platinum membership offers priority scheduling.

Single service is a one-time pickup — no commitment, no recurring schedule. You book once through the Clean app and we handle everything. A Clean Club membership sets up automatic bi-weekly or weekly pickups on a recurring schedule, at a lower effective per-pickup cost for regular users.
