Single-service laundry pickup is $49.99 for the first 20 lbs, then $2.85/lb for every pound above 20 lbs. Loads under 20 lbs are still charged the $49.99 minimum — the per-pound rate only applies to weight above 20 lbs. Cash payments are not accepted.

Single-service orders are returned within the standard turnaround window — typically 24–72 hours from pickup. Exact timing depends on scheduling and order volume. For faster turnaround, a Clean Club Gold or Platinum membership offers priority scheduling.

Single service is a one-time pickup — no commitment, no recurring schedule. You book once through the Clean app and we handle everything. A Clean Club membership sets up automatic bi-weekly or weekly pickups on a recurring schedule, at a lower effective per-pickup cost for regular users.
