Clean Report® is Clean Mobile Laundry's service summary for your order.
It gives customers a clearer look at how their laundry was handled, what care notes were entered, and what important service details were recorded during pickup, processing, quality review, and delivery.
The report is completed using information entered by the Clean Concierge and/or Clean Expert during the order. The final customer-facing summary is presented after delivery so you can better understand the care behind your service before leaving a review.
Clean Report® is designed to give customers more confidence in the service. Instead of simply picking up laundry and dropping it back off, Clean Mobile Laundry documents important care details along the way — pickup notes, processing notes, detergent or care details, stain or odor observations, drying notes, rewash notes, quality checks, and delivery notes.
The higher the service tier, the more detailed the Clean Report® may become.

Who Completes It?
Clean Report® is built from service notes entered by the people actually handling your order.
Clean Concierge
May add notes during pickup, inspection, communication, delivery, or final handoff.
Clean Expert
May add notes during sorting, washing, drying, folding, specialty treatment, rewash review, or quality control.
At the end of the order, these notes can be summarized into a clean, customer-facing report.
