The Clean Club

You choose a tier (Silver, Gold, or Platinum), a household type (Family or Solo), and a frequency (bi-weekly or weekly). Your pickup is automatically scheduled on a recurring basis — no rebooking required. A Clean Concierge arrives on schedule, collects your laundry, and your washed and folded clothes are delivered back within 24–72 hours.

Yes. You can manage your membership — including pausing or canceling — through the Clean app or by contacting the Clean team at 706-580-8033. There is no long-term lock-in requirement.

Silver provides standard recurring pickup with premium-grade detergent and basic care. Gold adds Tide-level detergent with oxi, enhanced stain and odor treatment, and higher scheduling priority. Platinum is the top tier — Persil-level detergent, advanced stain treatment, TrueClean Finish, zero-lint finishing, and the highest priority scheduling.

Yes. Family/Household plans are designed for larger laundry volumes — typically 2 or more people. Solo/Individual plans are designed for single occupants with lighter laundry output. Each plan type has different included-laundry amounts per pickup.

Every Clean Club tier is backed by the Clean Confidence policy — if your laundry isn't right, we make it right. Members receive a complimentary first Cleanliness Review on qualifying orders. The policy applies to every pickup regardless of tier.
