Getting Started
You start an order in the Clean app, schedule a pickup window, and we handle the rest — a Clean Concierge picks up your laundry, our Clean Experts wash, fold, and care for it, and we deliver it back to your door.

We serve Columbus, GA; Phenix City, AL; Fort Moore/Fort Benning; Harris County; and nearby areas. Not sure if we reach your address? Text us and we'll confirm.
No. You can leave pickup and delivery instructions when you book, and your Clean Concierge will follow them.
Pricing
Single Service is $2.85/lb with a $49.99 minimum. Clean Club memberships start at $299/month for bi-weekly service. See the full breakdown on our Pricing page.
Single Service is $49.99 minimum for the first 20 lbs of laundry, then $2.85/lb for every pound above 20 lbs. Smaller loads are welcome, but the minimum still applies regardless of weight.
Yes — Clean Club offers bi-weekly and weekly plans in Silver, Gold, and Platinum tiers, plus Solo plans for individuals. Higher tiers add stronger care, faster turnaround, and a more detailed Clean Report®.
Payment is handled securely in the Clean app. Cash is not accepted. Afterpay is available so you can split eligible orders into interest-free installments.
Pickup & Delivery
Turnaround depends on your service level and order size — typically 24–72 hours from pickup. Silver commonly uses a 48-hour standard, while Gold and Platinum receive priority handling.
No. Just bag it up — our Clean Experts handle sorting and appropriate washing for your items.
Orders are never mixed. Each customer's laundry is handled individually throughout pickup, washing, folding, and delivery.

Clean Club
Clean Club is a recurring laundry membership for customers who want consistent, hands-off laundry care on a schedule, at a lower effective cost than booking one-time pickups every time.
Bi-Weekly plans include 2 pickups per month. Weekly plans include 4 pickups per month with a larger monthly laundry allowance — ideal for larger households and heavier laundry volume.
Silver delivers reliable everyday clean. Gold adds stronger detergents, specialty stain and odor support, and priority handling. Platinum is our highest standard — top-tier detergents, advanced recovery, zero-lint finishing, and a premium full-detail Clean Report®.

Garment Care
Your laundry is sorted and washed with tier-appropriate detergents, dried with care, then neatly folded and quality-checked before it's returned to you.
Yes. We offer a Specialty Recovery Treatment add-on for smoke, pet, mildew, and heavy odors, and Gold and Platinum plans include enhanced stain and odor support.
Yes — our hypoallergenic option uses fragrance-free, dye-free care for sensitive skin, allergies, and infants. Let us know your preference when you book.
The Clean Report® is a record of how your order was handled — helpful notes on your laundry's care. Higher tiers receive a more detailed report.
Clinical Clean
Clinical Clean is dedicated care for scrubs and clinical workwear, with separate handling and controlled processing designed for healthcare workers.
We use fabric-safe sanitization, microbial reduction, and careful separate handling for clinical workwear. We do not make medical-grade sterilization claims.
It's built for nurses, medical workers, dental staff, caregivers, and other clinical professionals who need their workwear handled with extra intention.
