Odor & Stain Treatment

Yes. Our Specialty Recovery Treatment adds enzyme-based odor treatment and targeted stain pre-treatment to your order. It's available as an add-on to any pickup — select it when booking through the Clean app or note it in your order instructions.

We treat common household and occupational odors including sweat, mildew, smoke, food residue, and pet odor. Enzyme-based odor treatment targets the organic compounds that cause persistent odors rather than masking them with fragrance.

We address common stains including food and grease, grass and mud, blood, sweat, coffee, wine, and general soiling. Stain success depends on fabric type, dye stability, and how long the stain has been set. Items that have been heat-dried before treatment are harder to recover.

We use fabric-safe enzyme treatments appropriate for standard washable items. Delicate fabrics, dry-clean-only items, and specialty textiles may require different handling — note these in your order and we'll handle them accordingly.

We do not guarantee complete stain elimination — some stains are permanent depending on age, fabric, and prior heat exposure. If results don't meet your expectations, our Clean Confidence policy covers a complimentary review and re-treat.

Select Specialty Recovery Treatment when scheduling your pickup in the Clean app, or add a note to your order specifying the items and types of odor or stain involved. Our Clean Experts will apply the appropriate treatment protocol.
