How Laundry Pickup Works

You schedule a pickup through the Clean app. A Clean Concierge arrives at your door at the scheduled time and collects your laundry bags. Your clothes go to our facility, where a Clean Expert washes, dries, and folds everything. Then it's delivered back to your door — typically within 24–72 hours.

No. Contactless pickup is available. Leave your laundry bags at a designated spot — porch, door, designated area — and your Clean Concierge will collect them without you needing to be present. Same for delivery.

Download the Clean app (iOS or Android via whereisclean.app), create your account, choose your service type — Single Service or Clean Club membership — enter your address, and select a pickup time. You'll receive confirmation and updates through the app.

Place your laundry in bags — no special bags required. Add any care notes in the app so your Clean Expert knows your preferences: fold preferences, garment handling, special care requests. That's it. We handle the sorting, washing, drying, and folding.

Your laundry is transported to our facility, where a Clean Expert processes each order with premium care. After washing, drying, and folding, a quality check is performed. Then your Clean Report® is generated and your order is delivered back to your door.
